When Kuntchling decided to let go of the trust, she wanted me to sign an indemnification and release  (Standard receipt and release form) so that we couldn't sue them.

I never signed it. 

I think it's funny now since they went through (Paid settlement to) these federal settlements in which they were the defendants.
