Quincy, IL has mountains of dirt you can throw at it.  But what I like to do is say is Lovelace V.  Gibson and they can pack that shit in their mouths. What really floors me is that Officer Gibson is still working for QPD and was promoted to senior Ass Bead  of the year.  Violating peoples civil rights is a positive career move according to this little hick town. When you pay a settlement to  the party that is suing you, that is a de facto finding of guilt on the party that is being sued.
