When you're forced to deal with these "vice presidents", you will find that the word TRUST has a totally different meaning.
They have a tendency to maliciously interpret trust documents in such a way that retains the interest of the financial institution that the have special interest in.
There appears to be no beneficiary-friendly trust accounts.

The trust department employees moved just before the bank was sold to United Community Bancorp. Mercantile was fined by the SEC during that time as you may already know.

Mercantile has a history of committing fraud.
That was one of the reasons for my accounting lawsuit which Tony Cameron derailed for Mike Curtis.
Since fraud was a matter involving mercantile, the walkaway peace pact agreement that I was forced to sign by Cameron is nullified. There are no statute of limitations on fraud. :-)
Now I sit back and wait for more funerals to take place.
