This is one of the rules. EVERY page of a contract that is presented to me for my signature, MUST have a place at the bottom of each page for my signature and a notary public. I have had this mandate for 30 years. This is so no additional pages can be added AFTER my signature has been acquired. Contracts/agreements that have my signature are invalid if they don't posses this characteristic.

Prosecutors stated that he had not been selling or using the drugs, but had improperly accumulated and failed to account for medications he collected while in office.
