Signing contract mandate

This is one of the rules. EVERY page of a contract that is presented to me for my signature, MUST have a place at the bottom of each page for my signature and a notary public. I have had this mandate for 30 years. This is so no additional pages can be added AFTER my signature has been acquired. Contracts/agreements that have my signature are invalid if they don't posses this characteristic. 

Coroner under investigation

Former Adams County Coroner Jim Keller was investigated in 2018 for the unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and official misconduct . Following a citizen complaint and an Illinois State Police search of his Quincy home, he resigned and pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of possession of a controlled substance. [ 1 , 2 ] Investigation and Criminal Case Details The Allegations: In June 2018, a special prosecutor was appointed after a citizen filed a complaint against Keller. An Illinois State Police search of his Quincy residence uncovered hydrocodone pills that he did not have a valid prescription for. The Charges: Keller was initially investigated for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and official misconduct (a Class 3 felony). Prosecutors stated that he had not been selling or using the drugs, but had improperly accumulated and failed to account for medications he collected while in office.
