Those are the ones that are audited by DHS and show that the psychologist (court appointed) that they were incorrect in a persons fitness to stand trial. If you are ordered to go in front of a court appointed psychiatrist, Just ask the judge why the opinion of a psych has any bearing on your case since opinions are neither true or false.
