Corrupt Psychologist

Those are the ones that are audited by DHS and show that the psychologist (court appointed) that they were incorrect in a persons fitness to stand trial. 

There should be tangible evidence that a person doesn't have a history with that psychologist or his good ol boy network members.

If you value yourself and your loved ones, you won't move to Illinois. This is from the "I told ya so!" department...
