Just a Reminder
That persecutors office has always had problems...
Attorney James Hansen, who represented Adams County State's Attorney Gary Farha and former coroner James Keller in the lawsuit, told KHQA the county would also pay what they owed in the settlement through the county's insurance and would not come out of the county's budget or taxes.
Seems like Gary Farha was the one that needs Psychiatric Drugs.
Farha said Heeger was a bright man with a good mind.
Froman was committing an unlawful act, I sent it to the states attorney and he had me arrested. The Illinois eavesdropping protection act allowed me to record it.
Reasonable Suspicion of a Crime:
You may be able to record surreptitiously if you have a reasonable
suspicion that someone is committing, about to commit, or has committed a
crime against you or a member of your household.
"This is a case that cries out for monitoring because of a number of people that Mr. Heeger has touched," Farha said. "Mr. Froman was impacted by this in a very serious manner ... No one is allowed to record a conversation without their permission. It's against the law."
In Illinois, it is generally illegal to record someone without their consent if the recording is done in a surreptitious manner. However, there are exceptions, such as when the recording occurs in a public place where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy, or if a party has reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.
Froman was harvesting my defense (For the bogus OP violation) strategies for the states attorney Gary Farha. I still have the recording.
No wonder Farha moved on...
Told you so!
