I saw this corrupt fuck-utensil walking around Hy-vee yesterday.  I was thinking to myself, "So that's one of Quincy, Illinois finest". I just bit my tongue and chalked it up to "Well, that's Quincy for ya..."

I would seriously cry if it wasn't so laughable...

This place is all about damage control for its local government employee's wanton and intentional acts towards its public citizens.

I still don't understand how errors and omissions insurance could cover the city for these civil rights violations.
