Corrupt Adams County Court

QUINCY — (Fake Dr. Frank Froman), a clinical (court  appointed) psychologist from Quincy, found Mario Mason unfit for trial earlier this month. However, the Illinois Department of Human Services since has evaluated Mason and determined he is fit to stand trial.

when I was in jail

If you value yourself and your loved ones, you won't move to Illinois. This is from the "I told ya so!" department...
