I do agree that some of these Adams County judges need to be taken to court.  

A high bond is a de-facto finding of guilt. 

Another case where the  presumption of innocence didn't exist.

If you value yourself and your loved ones, you won't move to Illinois. This is from the "I told ya so!" department...
