POSTING THIS DEFIANTLY HIT A NERVE
This is here due to the fact that there are no statute of limitations on fraud.
Bob Slattery and Dennis Gorman
They both walked away with both tax objector and tort immunity funds.
Slattery was for the tax objectors.
Gorman was for the school district.
They both walked away with $$$,$$$!
"Dickerson previously said the cost of defending the class-action issue alone was more than $100,000, and $550,000 in legal fees have been spent for all of the tort-related cases combined over the past six years." -whig.com
Remember to audit all legal fees!
Lots of backyard conversations between a dirty judge and greed-triggered lawyers.
Whoever allowed these lawyers to represent the school district and the involuntary tax payer needed the client friendly letter of engagement.
This is a good example of my mercantile lawsuit.
