Curtis Lovelace Lawsuit - Karma
FACT: The three lawyers that are paid by the local taxpayers ARE NOT competent to defend the city of Quincy, Il or Adams County, Il.
I really do love this movement. I read the language in the complaint. All 30 pages.
My realization is that nothing blesses me more than to see this lawsuit against adams county and the city of quincy, Illinois go down.
So I think that I'm just going to sit back and relax while James Hanson pulls all of his hair out trying to deal with the schedule order in this matter.

I hope the claim is fruitful against the city and its malicious operators that are intentionally responsible for ruining this mans life. It's all because I know the people that were involved and their malicious patterns of behavior.
It's going to be interesting to see how good the city defends it's intentional wanton actions for which it's being sued for. Well it will be fun anyway.
The attorney's that are set to defend the city can't cut the mustard. It's just my opinion.
How is this for Karma doing it's duty? It's fucking lovely!!!
The city also attempted to get lovelaces' suit dismissed...
which failed miserably...That was another blessing.
You also have to realize that the Illinois tort immunity act does not protect public officials against claims in which intentional wanton acts are committed by the defendants. The public officials are the defendants...
I really do hope that in the end, that the police officers/detectives drown in prison hell and the city fails at holding itself together.
I hope the entire county falls and never recovers.
Here is the answer to the complaint filed by SRNM and it's attorney James Hanson.
He also designated himself as lead counsel in the county's defense.
He will FALL and I will always remain content with the outcome.
Always remembering my lawsuit that I had against bankrupt mercantile in which James Hanson represented the bank and my attorney and he were buddies.
You will learn that Karma will always do a better job than you ever could.

"Federal courts have held that under the Supremacy Clause of the U.S.
Constitution, the Illinois Tort Immunity Act does not protect a
municipality or municipal official from actions properly grounded in
federal law. One federal cause of action that has often been used to
circumvent the Tort Immunity Act is found within Chapter 42, Section 1983 of the United States Code. Section 1983 imposes liability whenever any municipality or municipal
official acts under color of law and subjects any person to a
"deprivation of any right, privilege, or immunity secured by the
[federal] Constitution and [state] laws". source

Sec. 1-210.
"Willful and wanton conduct" as used in this Act means a
course of action which shows an actual or deliberate intention to cause harm or
which, if not intentional, shows an utter indifference to or conscious
disregard for the safety of others or their property.
This definition shall apply in any case where a "willful and wanton"
exception is incorporated into any immunity under this Act.
