Let's see, The trust document was formulated by the same people that represented the Quincy Defendants in Lovelace v. Gibson. Those attorneys defend guilty people. Wanton and intentional acts. Here is their insurance carrier and the petitioners  second motion to extend deadline to dismiss Lovelace v. Gibson . You must remember that Curtis Lovelace was a former SRNM (the Quincy Defendants good ole boy network Counsel) associate attorney (See NEMC V. Quincy School Music Center). It must have been corruption at work again. I don't see how errors and omissions could have covered this. It must have insurance fraud buried deep in it somehow.
