Insurance
Quincy defendants had errors and omissions insurance to cover their wanton and intentional acts towards one of their own. Here is their insurance carrier and the petitioners second motion to extend deadline to dismiss Lovelace v. Gibson.
You must remember that Curtis Lovelace was a former SRNM (the Quincy Defendants good ole boy network Counsel) associate attorney (See NEMC V. Quincy School Music Center).
It must have been corruption at work again. I don't see how errors and omissions could have covered this. It must have insurance fraud buried deep in it somehow. When I filed the FOIA they redacted the policy number. I really wonder why. They dodged FOIA.
