 According to Trey Gowdy (R-SC) That is the best way to dodge FOIA and in being compelled to answer questions in a banking legal action. Just hire the lawyer who is also a board member as legal counsel.

If you value yourself and your loved ones, you won't move to Illinois. This is from the "I told ya so!" department...
